  • Non-retaliation

It is against Franklin Credit Management Corporation's company policy for there to be any form of retaliation against individuals or witnesses who make or corroborate any type of report under the Company’s Standards of Business Conduct or any other Company rule or policy. Franklin Credit Management Corporation will strictly enforce this policy, and will treat retaliatory action as a violation that is subject to disciplinary measure up to and including termination.
